Minecraft Fighting Monsters: Nether Mobs

You've learned how to fight the monsters in the overworld. Now you'll know how to fight monsters in the nether! With the fire resistance and good strategies they are lots of players died in the nether because they are unprepared. Brace yourself because we're traveling to the nether.

Zombie Pigmen

Zombie Pigmen are the most common mob in the nether. They have fire resistance and has a golden sword. However they are neutral and won't attack except you attacked first. It will alert more Pigmen if attacked. Shoot it from a distance with a bow or make a three block high column to stand on and attack on top of the column.

Magma Cube

Magma cubes will split to smaller and smaller magma cubes when it dies. Do a critical hit with your sword and continuously attack it. It is easy to kill 

Blazes

Hard to kill but will die of snowballs or water. Blazes will spawn in a spawner in the nether fortress. To kill it throw snowballs at it then finish it of with a stone or iron sword. Blazes will drop blaze rods used for potions.

Wither Skeleton

The wither skeleton will give you the wither effect and is very tall. It has a stone sword. Be careful as it might be hard to kill especially in groups. Since it is taller than two blocks make a little two by one corridor and attack it while your in there.

Hiding traps should be one of the most important things you need to make an epic trap. Today, I am going to show you how to hide traps. Blocks Hide redstone circuits with blocks! This is the most simple way to hide your traps. Remember when using blocks to hide circuits always put the power source near the blocks that hides your redstone traps. Vines Hide the thing that will kill you with vines. It is the same item that is used to hide the dispenser in the jungle temple. Let vines grow on your trap and it will hide your cunning trap. Camouflage  Camouflage is another way to hide your traps! For example wooden pressure plates on wooden planks will hide those power sources. You could also use stone pressure plate on stone.
