Minecraft: Combat Tips

Are you having a hard time killing monsters. Worry no more! Today I am going to teach you how to fight  this monsters and become a great combatant in Minecraft.

1. Bow and Arrows for Last Resort

Bow and arrows should be for last resort. It is long to charge until you can shoot the arrow. Don't use it against sprinting mobs. Also if you can kill it easily use melee weapons against it. If you do want to kill mobs that are easy to kill enchant it with infinity.

2. Save Durability 

Use your weaker weapons first. You could kill mobs with wooden swords rather than wasting durability from a diamond sword. Who knows there might be a time you would really need those cool and strong swords.

3. Use the New Dual Wielding Feature

To use it put a shield on your left hand and a sword on your right hand. If you do this only 33% damage will be done to you. Which will deflect two-thirds of the damage.

4. Go to a Safe Place Where You Could Kill the Mobs

If you do this you won't take damage. It is useful for killing giant hordes of zombies. You could just hit them in a safe distance where you could actually kill them without taking damage. Remember spiders can go through the one block tall and two blocks wide holes.

5. When Mining Keep the Light Level Above 7

When mining in caves always bring torches to light the cave because you might get killed. When mining keep light level above 7 to reduce monster spawning especially in dungeons and monster spawners as it may spawn a lot of mobs.

Minecraft 5 Things You Don't Know

Minecraft is full of surprises. So today I am going to tell you things you don't know in Minecraft.  1. Pigmen can be created if a pig is hit by lightning. If you spawn lightning and hits a pig it will turn into a pigman. You need a command to do it. Once turned into a pigman they will now have fire resistance and will attack if provoked. 2. If leaves are destroyed with shears it will drop a leaf block. Shears are useful for obtaining leaf blocks. Leaf blocks could be used as a decoration for the house. Though the leaf blocks may despawn so put it on dirt. Remember shears are also useful! 3. Useless emeralds? In PE emeralds cannot actually be traded though it can be found in blacksmiths. Emeralds can also be mined but still rendered useless since you can't trade with it. So I recommend to find emeralds for the next update of PE. 4. PE beds from PC beds. My Watery Christmas

This Christmas we went to Caliraya Lake. The view was so beautiful. First I played some games like Jenga with my cousins. I didn't really get to play with gadgets because electricity was quite low. In fact our gadgets like went off on the first day of the trip. When I was bored I went kayaking with my father. I jumped out of the kayak and cold water splashed around me. I swam around having fun. After we swam around we ate dinner. It was so yummy! The next day we celebrated Christmas. We gave gifts to my cousins. After that we went to the boat house looking at the view. Me and my friends relaxed there. After we went swimming but this time the water is shivering cold. Like at first jump I was already shivering. We still had some fun jumping around.
