However this can only be accomplished when you have a skin from novaskin.
1. Get a skin from novaskin.
2. Go to this website.
3. Choose a wallpaper. You'll start with Steve then you could replace the skin.
4. Search for your skin below the wallpaper.
5. When you click on your skin. It will quikly replace Steve.
6. Save your wallpaper.
7. Long press then save.
